Egg Scrambles

Eggs are a great source of protein, and we love to scramble them up with all kinds of tasty veggies and cheeses. Here are some of our favorite combos:

Helpful Hint: When cooking eggs for a crowd, plan on at least 2 large or extra large eggs per person. (At least 3 if they are mt bikers…. or growing boys!)
