Itinerary

Day 1
Depart Salt Lake City 5PM... We start this fantastic trip by picking up you and your fellow Adventurers in Salt Lake City. We'll prep you for your adventure and then enjoy a comfortable journey to our first destination...

Day 2
Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park... Hike to some of the most beautiful vistas in the world. Canyonlands is one of the most unexplored places in the lower 48, and you値l see why! Both parks offer incredible views of the vast canyons carved by the Colorado and Green Rivers.

Day 3
The Moab area is teeming with ancient rock art. We値l spend the day seeking out petroglyphs, pictographs, cliff dwellings, and even a dinosaur track or two. Or, raft on the Colorado River below towering sandstone cliffs! (rapid conditions may vary) Later, we値l roast marshmallows at a campfire and gaze at the starry night from our perch high above Moab at Slickrock Campground.

Day 4
Morning Glory Arch...Hike to the sixth largest arch in the world through Negro Bill Canyon. This canyon has a perennial stream and stays shady and cool throughout most of the day. Or, try some canyoneering into the Medieval Chamber slot canyon, and  Morning Glory Arch itself! We値l relax and cool off in a pool before heading out for another short evening sunset hike.

Day 5
Arches National Park... Spend the day hiking among giant natural sandstone arches sculpted by wind and time in the Devil痴 Garden. There is no other place like this in the world! Or, try out the trails near Double Arch, the Windows, or the famous Delicate Arch.

Day 6
Manti La Sal National Forest... High above the red sandstone valley of Moab are the peaks of the La Sal Mountains. We値l hike and explore the wildflower filled alpine meadows and lakes and enjoy the views of the valley bellow.

Day 7
Free day! Today the choice is all yours! Canoe, mountain bike, jeep, or horseback ride! ($20-80) Take an evening ride with John on his unique Unimog to the best spot in Moab to watch the sunset, high above the Colorado River. ($30)
