Day 1

Depart Salt Lake City 9AM

We’ll arrive in Arches National Park in the afternoon and begin exploring the many unique arches and formations. Perhaps we’ll take a sunset hike before settling in for a campfire under the stars!

Day 2

Landscape Arch is the world’s largest arch.

See it and many others as we hike in the amazing Devil’s Garden section of Arches. We’ll also see the Windows, Balanced Rock, and Delicate Arch, Park Avenue and more!

Day 3

The vistas of the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park rival that of Grand Canyon! Hike along the rims of the vast canyons and witness the changing colors as the sun travels across the layers of sandstone. Also see Upheaval Dome and Mesa Arch.

Day 4

Moab, UT is an adventurers paradise!

Here is your chance to raft or kayak on the Colorado River, mt bike or climb a world famous trail, or, choose another one of our beautiful hiking trails. Whatever it is, we’ll help you decide and set up the activity you would like to do!

Day 5

Moab is surrounded by public lands, which means countless canyons and trails waiting to be explored. Let us show you one of our favorites, Left Hand Canyon. This hike has it all, petroglyphs, waterfalls, cliff dwellings, and a refreshing swim hole!

Day 6

Return to Salt Lake City by 12 noon. Explore the Historic Downtown area and Temple Square on your own. It’s only a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Departs and returns to Salt Lake City.

Transportation

This tour features our unique Adventure Bus sleeper coach.

Accommodations

This tour features tent camping and bus bunking. We’ll provide the tents and sleeping pads. You’ll need to rent or bring a sleeping bag. Contact us for helpful hints on accommodations and flights before and after your tour.

Weather

Warm to hot days and cool to chilly nights are typical in the on this tour. Rain is possible especially in the fall.

Food

Our meals are geared to provide you with the fuel you need to get through your active days, and yet still extremely tasty. We can accommodate all dietary needs.

Hikes & Difficulty

The hikes featured on this tour vary in length, technicality, and difficulty. 1-7+ miles. Each location has various hiking options, so there is always something for everyone!
